Hospitality As The Way HHI Sees It

The hospitality scenario in India is run amok with multiple hotel groups today. All of them are vested with premium amenities that take them to the realm of deluxe hotels. Among those groups, there are those that are vested with facilities that make them stand out from the rest. Although, they are not numerous in number; however, their number does ring a sizeable note. Irrespective of this feature, different Indian cities have one hotel group or other that has qualified as the rising star and has gained a reputation of giving the well-known hotel groups a run for their money.

In the cities of Kolkata, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru and Pune, there is a common rising star and it is known as the Hotel Hindustan International (HHI). HHI is not only a deluxe hotel group but also one that has a completely unique business model – one that rests on the upholding of the culinary aspects of different Indian cultures.

Varanasi is known as the cultural capital of the country and its hospitality scenario has been heavily dependent on that aspect. However, the HHI, Varanasi has brought a unique twist to this tale by emphasizing its cooking endeavors towards the creation of culinary masterpieces that go well back in time right to the era of kings and queens.

A similar approach is followed by the HHI Pune and the HHI Kolkata – both of which put forth the culinary capabilities of the culture of their surroundings in full light. The HHI Kolkata goes a step further by presenting not only the local flavor but also the flavors of the Mughals and the Nizams. On a closing note, the HHI Kolkata stands today as one of the best hotels in Kolkata!
