Luxury Goes together with Dining at HHI

Hotels in the city have come up with multiple business strategies for ensuring that they remain at the pinnacle in the minds of customers. Ranging from elaborate décor to well-furnished rooms to exquisite restaurants stocked with the best food preparations – all the hotels leave no stone unturned when it comes to staying ahead from the rest. However, few of them in Kolkata have been able to cope up with the pace of improvement at which the HHI Group of Hotels has surged forth.

The HHI, Kolkata is one of the best hotels in the country. Officially designated as a deluxe hotel chain, it operates a total of five hotels in the cities of Bengaluru, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata and the spiritual capital of India, Varanasi.

The two major restaurants of the HHI, Kolkata – the Kalash and The Oriental Express – have done marvels in terms of providing culinary success stories that please every single palate they come across. Both are multi-cuisine restaurants with the former concentrating on three Indian cuisines: Hyderabadi, Mughali and Lucknow while the latter has brought forth the cream of Oriental cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Burmese and Vietnamese.

Kalash has completely redefined luxury dining in Kolkata with its creations that in fact have a regal lineage. These creations go well back in time to the era when they used to be served at lunch or dinner tables of the Maharajas. The ingredients for the preparation of these dishes, therefore, belong to that era and the chefs of Kalash have indeed done a wonderful job when it comes to making authentic and extremely tasty preparations that never fail to amaze one with every single bite or every single spoonful.
